The Syndicate App is a new way to build and manage teams for modern creative organizations and high productivity creatives through clarity, commitment, and transparency.
Step 1: Define your Syndicate
This is your Syndicate. There are many like it but this one is yours. Name it. Brand it. Give it an icon, a mascot or a manifesto. Set parameters or leave it open. Let your Members know what to expect and why they should want to be part of it.
You’ll also have the opportunity to define all the skills your Syndicate will require. You can be as broad as you’d like or as specific as you can. As you move forward to steps 2 and 3, these skills will come to life in a match making sort of way.
Step 2: Invite Members
The heart of the product. Like any good coach, you’ll need to think strategically about team players, the dynamic of a group.
You will have the opportunity to lay out the terms of the agreement. You can choose to pay hourly, by the day or commit long term and place your Members on retainer. Totally up to you.
We like to think about the F1 model - how there are only a limited number of seats for drivers. Invite Members who will add value to your organization and who work collaboratively in this group.
When you invite your Members, all paperwork (W9, NDA etc.) can be taken care of and sent to Members.
Step 3: Deploy Projects
You’ve onboarded your Syndicate. Your Members are standing by ready to be put into action. You are ready to assign projects. We’ve designed a simple process for you to create projects, invite members to each project and kick-off multiple work streams. From your vantage point, you’ll be able to see who’s on what and where in the process it is. Best part is, Members of the team can also see in adding to transparency and clarity, which we could all use more of.
